Financial Management: - Assist in managing budgets and controlling costs. - Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to increase profitability. - Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions. - Analyzing store sales performance, labor statistics, controllable data for recommendations on store performance improvements for improved P&L - Assist with payroll tasks. Administrative Duties: - Complete administrative task assigned by the Restaurant General Manager. - Maintain accurate records and reports. - Once a week visits to HQ to discuss analysis data with the COO & Restaurant General Manager. Qualifications: - 2 years or more experience in a full-service restaurant management role, preferably in Japanese and/or Ramen setting. - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. - Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, sanitation, and safety. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. - Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Must have Food Handler's Card - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Experience with inventory management and cost control. - Experience with scheduling & payroll processing.
