Easily replicate current menu. Sharp, quick, and pays attention to plating details. Bring new creative ideas for menu updates and new recipes. Have working knowledge of NY health codes. Must have ability to spot and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Must be able to delegate many kitchen tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of kitchen equipment. Cooks with a sense of urgency without compromising food quality. Must maintain consistency. Must have fine dinning experience.
