Our client, a well-established manufacturing partner, is looking for an Onsite Manager to join their team in Oakland,CA. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee daily workforce operations, support recruiting efforts, and maintain client satisfaction at the worksite. Key Responsibilities: • Daily check-ins with associates and supervisors to ensure smooth operations • Monitor and complete daily and weekly reporting • Process payroll accurately and on time • Coordinate and participate in recruiting efforts, including job fairs • Oversee onboarding and check-in processes for new hires • Maintain a strong presence onsite and support weekend/OT needs as required Requirements: • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Proficient with computers and reporting systems • Previous experience in onsite staffing or recruiting is a MUST • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Able to work weekends and overtime when needed Pay & Schedule: • Pay rate: $25.00 or DOE per hour • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Hours Vary • Must be available for weekends and overtime as needed Bilingual in English and Spanish
