Large renovated garage room for rent! 10'6" x 22'4" Fully drywalled, with sealed concrete floors. The ceiling is slightly lower than a typical ceiling. Very bright spot lighting. There is a small closet that shares space with some ducting but has space to hang stuff inside (you can see the door for the closet in the photos) - and you can also use the hanger rack pictured if you'd like. The room can come furnished with some of the things pictured - such as the futon mattress, shelf racks, divider, hanger racks, cabinet - or it can come unfurnished if preferred. This is part of a 4 bedroom house (garage room included in that number). This room is on the ground level (duh, I guess), has a private entrance. There is a shared bathroom with one other tenant in the house who lives on the same level. Upstairs has the kitchen, living room, and main entrance to the house. House amenities: Washer/dryer, big yard, fully stocked kitchen, and a fun trinket-filled living room with TV and fireplace. Everyone in the house is late 20s - mid/late 30s. There are 4 others currently in the house (2 are a married couple), all creative types in various regards, all have gone to Burning Man just to give an idea of the vibe. The house is super queer-friendly and artsy. Usually the home is everyone's recharge space, but occasionally a party will be hosted. There is one kitty that lives in the bedroom across the hall from this room, but she's kept in there 99% of the time since others in the house are allergic. There's plenty of parking on the street in front of the house (seriously), with once a week street cleaning to be aware of. Flexible lease terms. Deposit is one month's rent. Move-in date is Nov 15th but we MIGHT be able to be flexible on that too. Utilities shared can be anywhere from $100-$250 a month since electric comes every other month. Includes high-speed Wifi!
