Class C Duties at United Salad Company: •Ensure precise invoice verification during deliveries •Operate the Automatic Driver Log Device with precision and accuracy •Safely load and unload products from trailers using an electric pallet jack •Maintain keen attention to detail in a dynamic, customer-centric environment •Deliver exceptional customer service during interactions at each delivery •Assist in processing credit memos and collecting payments from COD customers •Foster a collaborative, flexible, and customer-focused atmosphere with colleagues and across departments •Fulfill any additional tasks as required or assigned Qualifications for the Class C Role: •Must be 18 years of age or older •Possession of a valid Drivers License and Medical Card •Availability to work weekends •6 months of delivery driver experience required •Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs throughout the shift •Proficiency in reading and understanding English •A satisfactory driving record Employment is subject to a successful background check, acceptable motor vehicle records, and passing a drug screen test, including marijuana. Are you ready to start your career at MTS? The Construction Safety Flagperson position is a great way for candidates to get their foot into the door at MTS. Join the team and serve the community by playing an important role in keeping construction crews safe on the tracks. MTS loves to promote from within, so MTS’s best Flagpersons are commonly promoted into Train Operators or other fulltime positions! Job Summary: Under the direction of the Assignments Supervisor, the Flagperson protects personnel and equipment while working on or near the tracks. The Flagperson uses various types of equipment, such as flags, whistles, discs, lights and two-way radios to ensure the safe passage of trains. The Flagperson duties primarily consist of three assignments, Switch Tender, Watchperson and Flagperson. The Switch Tender manipulates switches and signals train operators when proper switch alignment is provided. The Watchperson is charged with monitoring approaching trains and alerting work crews to clear the track of men and equipment. We are an independent contractor for FedEx Ground operating out of Oceanside. We are looking for high energy, qualified, and responsible delivery drivers to join our team. Must be able to start right away and commit to staying for at least 6 months. We provide training and certification! FULL TIME. Must be available 5 days a week. May include weekends. In your role as a FedEx driver, you will report to the FedEx Ground Terminal in Oceanside. Responsibilities include: scanning, delivering/picking up packages, pre and post trip vehicle inspection daily. IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE DRIVER POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: - A valid regular driver's license (Class C) - Legal status to work in the USA - Clean driving record (no DUIs, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc. in past 3 years.
