Hello!  We are looking for some folks to take over our lease in a light filled duplex in the midway neighborhood of Saint Paul. We absolutely loved living in this neighborhood! Our neighbors are so friendly and look out for us as a young queer female presenting couple. But we have found a dream home that we can't wait to get into! This is a 4BR/2BA unit with two bedrooms upstairs and two in the basement. There is a large living room with woodwork as well as a good-sized dining room with a beautiful built-in buffet. The unit is pet friendly, has a great backyard, and a garage for storage. There are hardwood floors throughout with updated laminate flooring in the basement and kitchen. The upstairs bathroom has adorable blue tile and a large tub as well. This home is just about a block away from Newell Park and walking distance to everything that University Ave has to offer. The green line is close by and there is a bus stop two blocks from our door! We are hoping to find people who love this community and want to be members of the many fun events that take place.
