Utilize an in-house assistant for administrative support, including order generation, stock checks, sales reports, and customer profiles. Organize and adjust your own weekly schedule to maximize customer engagement and efficiency. Salary up to $70,000/90,000/year, plus commission and performance incentives. Structured Training. Once the product line is learned, salary increases by $10,000. At this point, commission begins, with the potential to add in earnings. End-of-year performance bonuses available. Advancement Opportunities: Sales reps who successfully grow their region can advance to oversee additional sales reps and drivers.
