Everde Growers is seeking an experienced Mechanic to be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and nursery equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across our farm in Canal Point. Key responsibilities include: * Inspect, diagnose, and repair agricultural equipment such as tractors, skid steers, loaders, utility vehicles (Gators), and farm trucks * Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime * Maintain accurate repair and service records * Communicate equipment status with supervisors and managers * Ensure all repairs are completed safely and in compliance with company standards. We cover the entire Southwest so must be able to travel regularly. We are looking for an installation supervisor with experience in both installation and team management.
