Job Title: Maintenance and Facilities Department: Operations / Facilities Location: Oxford Commons Job Summary: The Maintenance and Facilities Tech is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiency of all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role works with the maintenance team and coordinates preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment across the facility.
