CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LOOKING FOR A CARPENTER, Hiring Experience Carpenter- Must Have Tools & Vehicle (San Diego) Construction Company is seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter/craftsman for ongoing residential construction projects in the San Diego area. we are looking for a professional with their own tools and transportation, who can work independently or as part of a crew. we are a company that builds high end residential homes, with demanding customers that expect the quality craftsmanship, and we deliver. we dont build track homes only high end custom homes. we pay attention to detail. RESPONSABILITIES INCLUDE; Framing, baseboards, casings, paneling, trim, interior doors, pocket doors, 8 feet tall doors, entry doors, cabinets, box beams, 2,3,4,5, piece crown, windows, siding, ETC. and general carpentry. we always exceed clients expextations. sometimes we mill and build our own desings. capable of reading prints ok but not nessesary. Maintaining a clean and safe job site. Communicating clearly with project managers and team members. Requirements; Minimum 7 years of carpentry experience. Must have your own tools and reliable vehicle. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
