Crotty Services, Inc. is a family owned company that offers a full range of septic and sitework services. We are seeking hands-on individuals, who are eager to engage all aspects of the industry, from septic installation, equipment operation, site work, to pump and dump truck operation. Job duties include operating excavators & skid steers, loading & unloading equipment/materials, inspection & maintenance of equipment, setting septic tanks & aerobic units, installing drainfields and other system components. Our pay rates are competitive and we want employees to grow within the company. We provide extensive on the job training in areas of light electrical, basic plumbing, equipment maintenance, general mechanics, heavy equipment operation and pump/dump truck operation. Compensation rates increase rapidly with skill level and training. Employees also enjoy tips, bonuses, after hour charges, and commission.
