We are a well-established construction company specializing in utility and road work, seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the successful execution of field operations across our diverse project portfolio. Our Work Includes: • Heavy civil construction • Site development & subdivisions • Drainage systems • Wastewater treatment facilities Position: Construction Supervisor Location: Mandeville, LA Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities • Direct field personnel to complete projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and safety • Maintain the construction schedule, identify potential issues, and resolve them proactively • Review and understand all project plans and specifications • Order materials and schedule inspections as needed • Supervise all trade and field personnel, promoting productivity and accountability • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and crew members • Ensure a clean, safe job site and enforce all company safety policies • Oversee the preparation and completion of final punch lists Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience supervising construction projects, preferably in utility and road work • Strong background in heavy civil, site work, drainage, and wastewater infrastructure • Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, budgets, and quality control • Experience using Procore is a plus • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Deep commitment to safety, efficiency, and team success Why Work with Us? • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits • Supportive work environment with opportunities for advancement • Be a part of meaningful infrastructure projects that impact your community • Work with a team that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and safety Ready to Lead the Way?
