This is a 4-plex property, therefore we specifically need a certified electrician. Most of the work is already done — we primarily need someone who can review the existing work, make any necessary adjustments, and coordinate with the city to obtain approval. Looking for an experienced roofing chauffeur who will join my team. We reside in the Pompano Beach area and take on work in cities ranging from Homestead to Palm Beach Gardens. This job requires the following responsibilities and skillsets; • Drive a vehicle to a location provided by the employer the day prior. • Drive to various locations throughout the day as prompted by the employer. • Organize tools and equipment, keeping track of current supplies and shortages. • Have a general understanding of vehicle maintenance and keep logs of vehicle-related activities. • Perform routine vehicle checks, including lights, and ensure the vehicle is in good condition. • Maintain a valid driver's license. Additional Responsibilities: • Conduct routine vehicle check-ups for lights and other necessary maintenance. • Keep logs of vehicle-related activities and maintenance tasks. • Ensure the vehicle is off during work hours unless being used for work-related purposes. • Work long hours, typically ranging from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Requirements: • Valid driver's license. • Ability to work long hours. • General understanding of vehicle maintenance. • Ability to organize and keep track of supplies and equipment. • Roofing Experience REQUIRED.
