We are looking for a reliable Maintenance & Repair Technician who can handle small bathroom repairs and general apartment fixes. This is a full-time role, must have experience. We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our team. This person will perform routine maintenance on multiple properties located in King County. The technician is responsible for providing exceptional service to all residents, future residents and internal team members/and vendors. This individual ensures the grounds and property hold high curb appeal; unit turns are completed correctly, cost effectively and on time; supplies are ordered, received, and inventoried and risk management assessments are completed.
