Experience with hand tossed dough in a high volume restaurant is preferred. We put a lot of care into our product and are looking for people who will do the same. A STRONG TEAMWORK ETHIC and the ability to communicate with coworkers is also required. Looking for someone with flexible availability to pick up more shifts throughout the week. About the hours: This position is 3-5 regularly scheduled shifts per week (16 - 32 hours / week), and requires weekday and weekend availability. There will be ample opportunity for picking up shifts and for cross training in other arenas of the restaurant. About our payscale: This position starts at $22-26/hr ($13/hr base pay plus weekly tip pool split across the entire staff: average $9-13/ hr).* We conduct employee reviews every six months; at most reviews you are eligible for a raise.  About our benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance policies to employees who work 28+ per week. We pay 50% of the medical premium. Employees who work with us for over a year, and work at least  25 hrs per week are eligible for a 401k retirement account with matching contributions. Overview: The Floor Manager is responsible for leading, training, and motivating the Quik Dog floor team to deliver consistent, exceptional hospitality. This role balances daily operational execution with long-term staff development and guest satisfaction. The Floor Manager supports the GM in maintaining service standards, ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen, and fostering a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture. Schedule: This is a full-time, salaried position. The Floor Manager is expected to work five consecutive shifts per week, with regular evening and weekend commitments. Flexibility is required during openings, special events, and periods of high volume. Key Responsibilities: Culture & Leadership - Lead by example in warmth, professionalism, and hospitality - Maintain team morale and a positive, supportive work environment. - Provide mentorship and coaching to floor staff, including servers, bartenders, and support roles. - Uphold company culture and values, ensuring floor staff reflect them in every guest interaction.
