About the role:Â
The Property Management Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Property Management teams at the Sabey commercial properties in Seattle and Everett. We are seeking a person who is excited about problem solving, process improvement, organization, tenant relations, accounting functions and team building.  Â

What You Will Be Doing:Â Â
Administrative & Operations SupportÂ
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing files.  Â
Coordinate property and equipment inspections and track utility usage.  Â
Support vendor management by reviewing proposals, drafting contracts, and maintaining vendor and tenant contact lists.  Â
Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate team meetings, events, and office logistics. Â
Tenant & Lease ManagementÂ
Serve as a key point of contact for tenants, assisting with move ins, move outs, signage updates, and handbook distribution.  Â
Manage building directories, holiday schedules, and tenant requests.  Â
Collaborate with Risk Management to ensure proper insurance documentation for vendors and tenants.  Â
Provide administrative support for lease enforcement and tenant improvement projects.Â
Maintenance CoordinationÂ
Oversee service requests to ensure timely responses and excellent customer service. Â
Act as a liaison between vendors, contractors, and tenants for scheduled maintenance and repairs.  Â
Track and support property access systems and security measures.  Â
Financial AdministrationÂ
Assist with processing expense reports, purchase orders, and financial tracking in YARDI. Â
Support property managers with budget preparation and financial reporting.  Â
Track after hours and HVAC requests for tenant billing.  Â
Compliance & SafetyÂ
Maintain sustainability tracking for Energy Star Certifications.  Â
Ensure compliance with property safety programs, emergency evacuation plans, and local regulations.Â

Minimum Qualifications:Â Â Â
2+ years of administrative, property management or relevant experience.  Â
Must possess a valid state-issued driverâs license.  Â
Yardi accounting software or similar accounting software experience is a plus. Â
Strong organizational and communication skills to be able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines without compromising work.âŻâŻÂ Â
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.âŻÂ Â
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite â Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.âŻÂ

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $47,786 - $69,289 based on experience.Â
