Job Summary: Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) is currently seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our EMV department at our Bolingbrook manufacturing facility. We have two shifts open; 2nd shift operates Monday through Friday from 3pm-11pm, and 3rd shift operates Monday through Friday 11pm-7am with regular opportunities for overtime. Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join the G+D team in our secure Bolingbrook, IL facility. 2nd shift will work Monday through Friday 2pm-10pm. The Inserting Machine Operator IV will prepare, supply and operation production machines in the Personalization Department within the High Security Area. Duties & Essential Job Functions: Prepare, supply and operate the production machines during the production process and monitor relevant stages to ensure that products are manufactured or assembled according to established parameters. Understand the entire range of functions as well as the operating sequence of the machine. Load materials on the machine in the order they are to be placed on the table. Read job specifications and previous run data to determine machine parameters and material. Ensure proper Lockout/Tag-out procedures have been followed before performing maintenance on the machine. Meet or exceed job standards for line speeds, scrap, and set-up times. Load and unload stock. Report any necessary maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department.
