Design Build construction company has an opening for a carpenter. We design and build new homes, ADU’s, remodels, additions, decks, siding, etc. Our focus is green building. You must be punctual, responsible, a good communicator and care about the quality of your work. Safety and team player most important. Must have basic tools and truck/ dependable vehicle. No phone use during the work day, just on breaks/ lunch. Motivated, interested in learning is essential. Skill level: could be advanced laborer or highly skilled all the way to fine finish carpenter or project manager. What’s most important is your attitude and aptitude and ability to get along with the crew. No drugs or alcohol issues. We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Supervisor to lead our residential remodeling projects on-site. This isn’t a desk job — we need someone who knows how to run a crew, manage trades, and make sure the job is built right the first time.
