Customer Service Representative (san mateo)

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AUTO BODY COLLISION INDUSTRY. PLEASE RESPOND WITH YOUR RESUME. Job Summary: *Greet each customer in a professional and courteous manner with great customer service. *Guide the customer to the correct party that can assist them. *Check vehicles into the Collision Center, photograph vehicles, document files and search for information utilizing our paperless environment, file documentation. *Accept and record payments. *Answer phones and redirect calls. Requirements: *We are a team environment and cross training may be required as the business needs expand. *Must have basic computer skills *Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift anywhere between 7:00am-6:00pm. *Must have a valid driving license and clear record for insurance purposes. *Must be eligible to work in the U.S. *Must be willing and able to pass a thorough background check.
