The gist: We are looking for someone who has familiarity with hand tools, whether that be wrenching on a car or bike or maybe some basic handyman projects you’ve done that would showcase the ability to troubleshoot or problem solve in the disassembly of mechanical objects. And then you get to apply that to airplanes! Who wouldn’t want to say they cut up a airplane with a big saw today?? Work for us and you can! Along with all the fun stuff, you should also have some patience to organize, sort, and move aircraft and parts for storage or sale. Also looking for any experience hauling (snowmobile, boat, lawn equipment, cars, etc.) as we use 3/4 ton pickups and various trailers (20' ball & hitch up to 40' gooseneck) to transport aircraft and parts. Requirements: • Knowledge of tool usage • Must be able to lift 75 pounds • Valid drivers license This position also requires the physical ability to lift, bend, twist, and turn periodically throughout the day. Full time position 8:30-5:00 M-F $18.00 to $20.00 per hour to start DOE and validity of drivers license/insurable status. We also offer bonuses and overtime to employees willing to do occasional overnight or out of town work, this can be very lucrative to those individuals who become efficient in aircraft recovery.
