Tuesday and Thursday nights after 7 PM two hours each night as long as the cleaning is completed before 6 AM in the morning and then the weekend is anytime for four hours. Clean BCI only no 1099 company check only no cash. Residential or commercial cleaning experience only.

We are currently searching for an HVAC Air Duct Cleaning Technician Apprentice: Qualifications include: - Experience with manual labor/comfortable in commercial areas - Ability/willingness to climb ladders, work with equipment and assist the lead technician as required - Willingness to learn from the senior technician with the goal of being promoted to a senior technician capable of running you own crew and training others - Some jobs must be completed overnight, but these are worked on a 4/10 schedule (M-Th w/ Friday off) - Willing to study for and pass required certifications over time (this is not required to commence work) - Ability to pass a background check - Valid driver's license - This is a regular, 40 hour week position, paid on a W2 with and gas and travel time to jobs reimbursed (you will generally ride to the jobs in a company van, but must be able to make it to the office.) - Health, Dental & Vision after 60 days - 401K We offer competitive pay, and offer multiple career tracks for those looking to move into more senior roles over time. Maintenance technician positions require that an individual be able to lift moderate weights of between 30-60 lbs. on a regular basis and the ability to stand and/or walk all day. In addition, occasional heavy lifting may be required. Duties of this position may require strength and endurance in performing heavy manual labor. Alternating on-call shifts required. Must live within 30mins of Newport, RI for on-call. Valid driver’s license and own transportation required. $150 premium paid for all week’s that you are on-call, additionally you are paid a time and a half rate for any emergency calls plus travel time.
