Pacific Gardens Apartments has a 2 bed, 1.5 bath w/ den apartment available for 10/17 move-in! This spacious 1,120 sq. ft. second-floor apartment is remodeled, includes a balcony, and has a washer/dryer in unit! This unit is available to tour today. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. *Our prices are subject to change daily based on lease length, move-in date, and current demand. *We offer 4–13 month lease terms. We are a gun-free and smoke-free community, including balconies. We allow caged animals and up to two cats per apartment. The refundable pet deposit is 25% of the monthly rental rate, and there is a $20 per-cat monthly pet rent. Maximum occupancy is two persons per bedroom with no more than three unrelated adults. All residents must be at least 19 years old and have a valid social security number. A $500 security deposit is required to hold an apartment. This deposit is refundable if your application is denied, canceled within three business days of approval, or at move-out (minus any damages or charges). Application fees are $75 per adult. We evaluate four areas during the application process: 1. Credit check – Positive payment history with no large past-due balances (excluding medical). 2. Rental verification – Positive rental history with no lease violations or damages. 3. Background check – Please ask to review our criteria if you have concerns. 4.
