We are seeking talented Sous Chefs to join our opening team! Benvenuto a Giulietta! Opening in early 2026, Giulietta is a sunny, casual all-day Italian restaurant with over 275 indoor seats and 100 seats outside. Inspired by relaxed summers on the Mediterranean, Giulietta will have something for everyone, offering the businesspeople, tourists and residents of Midtown a transporting oasis in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Grand Central. The Giardino at Giulietta will be a seasonal outdoor Aperitivo bar and garden with seating for over 150 guests, serving a variety of aperitivo based cocktails, frozen drinks, pizza and small bites.
