Kokkari, one of San Francisco top 10 restaurants seeking fine dinning Host/hostess/reservationist. Minimum of 2 years fine dining experience, familiarity with Open Table and exceptional customer service skills are a must. Above all we are looking for an individual with a great sense of hospitality. Additionally, the following is required: A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and lunch shifts. The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Able to work well with others. Candidates must be punctual, reliable, self motivated and extremely detail orientated. Host/ Hostess/Reservationist Qualifications: *Minimum 2 year experience as a Host/Hostess in a Fine Dining establishment a must. *Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. *Knowledge OPENTABLE a must. *Possess a positive, welcoming attitude and a warm and personable presence *Possess a passion for the highest level of customer service to ensure we exceed guest's expectations. *Possess a professional, friendly demeanor and has the ability to think on their feet. *The ability to greet guests, escort them to their tables, pull seat out for the ladies, and present menus. *The ability to effectively communicate with the team members to ensure that the guest's needs are met in a timely manner. *The ability to maximize seating capacity while maintaining a professional environment. *The ability to manage a floor with a high volume of guests. *The ability to provide direction to guest's when approaching the host stand. *A full knowledge of our menu's, services and hours of operation. * The ability to handle any special requests. * Must have open availability.
