Job Summary The Restaurant Manager leads daily operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and team performance. This role is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, training staff, maintaining operational efficiency, upholding brand reputation, and driving profitability —eligibility to participate in a performance-based Bonus Program.
