Moderately busy commercial mortgage broker seeking remote assistant to process loan files and make outbound calls to prospects. Must be good on the phone, enjoy talking with people, have strong organizational skills, be a quick learner, and have strong aptitude at math. Primary responsibilities include processing loan files and making outbound calls. For the calls, I will train on the offering, background knowledge, script, and usual questions. For the loan processing, I will train on the loan process and everything involved. There is no commission-based component to this offer. As long as your approach is solid, you don’t have to worry about whether the people you call buy anything.
