FULL TIME COMMITMENT ELECTRICIAN NEEDED (Chicago)

We are seeking a skilled, reliable and motivated Residential and Commercial Electrician to join our team, for long-term commitment with the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in homes, retail stores, apartments, and condos. Work with wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in properties. Upgrade electrical panels and systems for energy efficiency. Proper installation of lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Ensuring the work site is clean and clear of clutter or any other possible hazards. Qualifications · 5 years of hands-on experience as a residential electrician. · Strong understanding of electrical systems, residential wiring, circuit design, and electrical codes (NEC). · Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment. · Experience working with both high and low voltage electrical systems. · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients, contractors, and other trades on-site. · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. · Responsible, dependable and trustworthy, punctual and hardworking, disciplined and respectful. Physical Requirements: · Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools. · Ability to work in confined spaces, outdoors, at heights, and in all weather conditions. · Ability to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods of time.
