Ideal candidates have hospitality or resort management experience in Alaska, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and outdoor guiding knowledge. Wilderness First Responder certification is required and can be acquired pre season in Alaska. Compensation starts at $6,000/month per manager, with transportation, full room and board, some benefits and private quarters included. Summary of Position: This position is responsible for providing food and beverage service to hotel guests and the general cleanliness during the banquet function.
