Colonial Property Group is a Regional Field Services Company that completes mortgage and insurance field inspections for National clients. Our inspection types vary by order, from determining occupancy/condition to leaving door cards as requested by our clients. We also conduct insurance repair inspections, as well as, meeting with homeowners on a regular basis. Applicants for this position should be able to do the following: Follow written instructions clearly Be a problem solver Use a GPS and be familiar with online routing programs Comfortable communicating with homeowners, neighbors, county resources, real estate agents, etc... Highly proficient with either iPhone or Android devices Highly proficient with email and software systems We are seeking a local Independent Contractor Inspectors FULL TIME/EXPERIENCED assistance in following county: Tuscaloosa, Bibb Counties AL Our pricing is a flat fee per completed inspections averaging $15-$20 per hour Our volume for these counties is 300-400 orders per month; Compensation varies by location and type of inspections. Compensation is once monthly. This position requires regular, repeated daily use of the latest technologies. Applicants MUST be completely comfortable with technology. Inspectors are 1099 subcontractors and must manage their own time, fuel, and other tools/resources efficiently and effectively in order to meet the given deadlines. Requirements for the position: iPhone or Android phone with unlimited data capabilities PC/Windows OS Economical and reliable vehicle GPS unit Printer and scanner Reliable computer hardware, internet connection Must be financially able to pay for fuel until first pay is received.
