Must have own reliable transportation and some tools. Bilingual a big plus! Small crew, friendly environment. Unique Millwork Cabinetry and Countertops is seeking a skilled individual(s) with knowledge in cabinet building and solid surface fabrication, with a motivation to produce quickly and with quality. We are located in Arvada at 52nd and Marshall. This shop has been around for over 30 years and under new management for the last 4 years. We continue to grow the business and need additional personnel to meet the demands. This is a full-time position. We have a separate installation crew and a majority of the work will be in the shop. Requirements: Your own transportation and hand/power/pneumatic tools are required as in field installation may be required at times. Millwork saws, edge-bander and glue applicators are supplied by the shop for use in the shop. We do a multitude of different projects to include laminate counters, cabinet building and installation, solid surface fabrication and installation, various millwork fabrication and installation for low-income housing complexes, private residential, multi-family complexes and commercial applications. We are branching out into new builds as well. Job Duties will include but not limited to: -Fabrication of solid surface -New cabinet builds and cabinet rebuilds -Cabinet door/drawer/drawer fronts/faux front fabrication -Laminate countertop fabrication. -Shop cleanliness and organization Starting pay will be $26-$29 an hour depending on knowledge/skill. Bison Ridge Construction, LLC is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators with at least 3 years experience. Must have experience installing underground wet utilities including water, sewer, and storm systems. Equipment experience should include excavators, front end loaders, dozers, compactors, skid steers, etc. Bison Ridge Construction has been delivering full-service general contracting and construction management services for residential and commercial land development projects since 2010. Duties and Responsibilities • Drive, operate and maneuver heavy equipment • Read and understand plans and specifications • Read and properly interpret survey grade stakes • Always operate equipment safely including operating equipment in the vicinity of underground and overhead utilities (communication, power, natural gas, etc.) to avoid damage and injury • Properly maintain equipment including daily pre and post inspections and daily greasing • Safely operate power tools (demo saws, compaction equipment, generators, air compressors, etc.) • Work safely at all times, observing all company policies, OSHA Regulations, and site-specific requirements and policies • Must have a collaborative attitude and willingness to perform any work that is required including general labor tasks which may include shoveling, lifting, etc. • Must be able to work overtime including Saturdays • Competent Person Training in excavation preferred, not required • Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Must be physically fit and able to perform construction labor activities including: frequent use of hands, arms, legs and whole body; long periods of balance, standing or sitting; frequent walking, climbing, bending and/or lifting; constant handling of material used during the pipe installation process; heavy lifting, moving, dragging, or connecting objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds. Must be able to work in all weather conditions including very hot, cold and wet conditions. Work Reporting Locations Foremen and/or Supervisors will inform employees of the work reporting location; the location will vary depending on project location; employees are expected to have reliable transportation to and from the work reporting location.
