Looking for a reliable and skilled repair person or tradesman to handle as-needed jobs under my General Contractor license. Work includes small repairs, maintenance tasks, and light construction projects at residential properties around the Peninsula and Bay Area. Interior painting and detail is required at times as well. this requires experience and dependability.
