Park Avenue West is a conventional apartment community in Portland, OR with 202 units. We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Assistant to support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property. A Maintenance Assistant’s primary role is to assist and support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property/ies listed above. This will include processing work orders as assigned by the Community Manager/s and/or Maintenance Lead/Supervisor/s which may include routine maintenance of property/ies and apartment units. This position is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is done in compliance with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies and procedures. Need a vinyl fencing installer with proper tools and a car. Experience is a must. You should be able to install fencing on the concrete or soil. As well as be able to install toppers on the existing brick or cinder block walls. Experience in installing vinyl doors. This is not a full time job. Probably one or two days a week.
