Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role bridges the gap between clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and field crews—managing schedules, budgets, site operations, and communication.
Qualifications
-7+ years of residential construction project management experience (high-end preferred), with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, codes, sequencing, and Bay Area Building practices.
-Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex scopes of work.
-Skilled in reading and executing complex architectural plans.
-Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend or similar).
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-OSHA certification preferred.
-Must currently reside in Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day management of multiple residential construction projects.
Monitor and adjust project schedules and work plans.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house crews.
Daily onsite presence to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety.
Anticipate and resolve conflicts in design, schedule, or logistics.
Manage client and designer communications, providing clear updates and documentation.
Oversee change orders, RFIs, inspections, and close-out documentation.
Uphold company standards for quality craftsmanship, organization, and professionalism.
