Hands-On Installation: Safely install and run cable lines from utility poles directly to customer homes. This involves working outdoors, using ladders, and ensuring a clean, high-quality setup every time. Customer Service: Interact with homeowners daily, providing clear explanations, friendly service, and a professional attitude. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues on the spot to make sure the customer's service is perfectly set up and fully operational before you leave.
