About the Role: We’re a family-oriented company looking for a dependable Tile Restoration Assistant who genuinely enjoys hands-on work and is seeking future growth opportunities within our company. This role is a combination of commission-based earning with the safety net of a daily guaranteed minimum ($100). It’s ideal for someone who wants consistent security while also being rewarded for performance and contribution. You’ll assist with tile and grout projects in homes and businesses — preparing job sites, mixing grout, cleaning, and supporting experienced technicians.
