Mover/Drivers Wanted (SF Bay Area)

We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and customer-focused Movers and Drivers to join our team. As a part of our moving crew, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling belongings with care, staying on schedule, and maintaining professionalism throughout the moving process. Key Responsibilities For Movers: Safely load, unload, and transport customer belongings to and from their destinations. Pack and wrap furniture, appliances, and other items securely to prevent damage. Use tools and equipment (e.g., dollies, straps) effectively for a smooth move. Work collaboratively with team members to complete moves efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including trucks and moving areas. For Drivers: Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws. Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Assist in loading and unloading customer belongings. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs. Represent the company professionally to customers and the public. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience driving commercial vehicles or box trucks is preferred. Strong navigation skills and ability to follow directions. General Requirements: Has their own tools Can drive 26 foot box trucks Bilingual is a plus Installation skills Strong communication skills High-end customer service Team player Full availability No part-timers Starting pay negotiable Professional presentation Must complete and conduct an online training regimen before hitting the field and complete tighten up training to become certified
