The position plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials, and other related costs. This position will lead the maintenance team while ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:  *Collaborate with management team for the purpose of implementing improvements and repairs as well as maintaining buildings, grounds and equipment.  *Manage landscape improvements including irrigation, planting and grounds maintenance. *Negotiate service agreements with outside contractors and vendors. *Ensure all required repairs and maintenance are performed on all equipment and assets as scheduled or requested by management.
