Share🌸 Flower Production & Processing Team Member – $20–$25/hr (San Francisco) We’re looking for a hands-on, hard-working team member to join our flower production crew. You’ll help process incoming flower shipments, make retail bunches, and assemble pre-made arrangements for stores and deliveries. What You’ll Do: Receive and process fresh flower shipments Make retail bunches and pre-made floral arrangements Maintain clean, organized work areas Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday through Friday Flexible start times depending on production schedule What We’re Looking For: Fast learner with strong work ethic Reliable, positive attitude — team player Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive tasks Experience in floral production a plus, but not required Pay: Starting at $20/hour Increases to $25/hour with good performance We value effort, attitude, and teachability over experience — if you’re a fast learner who likes working with your hands and being part of a small, hardworking team, we’d love to meet you.
