Ideally, this person will complete our (optional) Master Gardener Training: - train with our boxwood expert to learn and master the art of pruning, shaping, and thinning. - learn about organic fertilization requirements, including when and how to fertilize based on individual needs. - train in organic pesticide application, receiving company-paid certification. - master mid-level plant identification for zone 7 - in other words, learn the names of the plants you see every day. Upon successful completion of our Master Gardener Training, this person will move to the next pay tier.
