Will be responsible for landscape maintenance including operating yard equipment i.e. mowers, trimmers, shovels, rakes, pruners, etc. Ability to lift up to 50lbs, unload trucks, work outdoors and have attention to detail. Must be able to speak and understand English; bilingual (Span/English is acceptable). Must be reliable and have good transportation. Position will be located at a singular client location. Responsibilities and Duties Description: The Customer Service position has the responsibility of assisting SDPPC in a variety of functions. Including but not limited to: • Primary responsibility with assisting customers in person, via phone calls, and email correspondence. • Multi-tasking is key in this role, it is solely not an all day desk job! This position requires you to also go outside and assist customers, review parts, open pallets, count parts, take measurements, provide pricing, take photos, upload photos, data entry of all incoming orders, review invoices, contact customers, and schedule deliveries upon completion.
