Helpers just need apply no license necessary. WEEKLY PAY and PAY IS BASED on YOUR PRODUCTION at a rate of 45 units and 90 units per hour which equates to $20.25 to $22.50 an hour. If you’ve NEVER done this type of work YES you will be at bottom of pay scale to start . (bonuses, paid holidays paid vacation and raises are given accordingly) This is a full time position, however we are WEATHER DEPENDENT and loose days due to weather.
