📢 Now Hiring: Occupational & Physical Therapists – 13 Week Contract-to-Hire 📍 Locations: Southwest Suburbs (IL) & Northwest Indiana About the Opportunity: Med Pro Staffing Solution LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our team on a 13-week contract-to-hire basis. After the initial 13 weeks, candidates can transition into a permanent role or renew for another contract term. Position Type: Contract-to-Hire (13 weeks with option to hire or renew) Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shifts (some flexibility depending on facility) Pay: Competitive weekly pay – based on experience Job Responsibilities: Occupational Therapist (OT): Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic activities to improve independence in daily living skills Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and adaptive equipment Physical Therapist (PT): Assess patient conditions and develop tailored physical therapy treatment plans Provide rehabilitative exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and prevention strategies Qualifications: Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois or Indiana (depending on assignment) Graduate of an accredited OT/PT program Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a clinical, rehab, or long-term care setting
