Qualifications: - Egg and omelette experience - At least 3 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fine-dining or upscale casual restaurant, preferably with experience in Italian cuisine. - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety and sanitation standards. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of quality and consistency. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Passion for food and hospitality, with a strong attention to detail. - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools. - NYC Food Handlers Certificate

Daily kitchen prep Track all product once it is brought into the kitchen using the tracking system up until it leaves the kitchen Meet daily production quotas They must adhere to local and state laws and regulations related to marijuana production and keep up to date on changes to those laws and regulations.
