Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong multitasking abilities. Basic mathematical skills for cash handling. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Knowledge of menu offerings and food safety guidelines. Experience with coffee equipment is often preferred. A high school diploma or GED is often a requirement.
