Together with other outstanding engineers in the team, you will create reliable, stable, and high-speed network access products for users, provide user-friendly and convenient smart home solutions, and bring convenience to the lives of millions of users worldwide! Key Responsibilities:  Execute manual and automated testing for smart home products, including cameras, smart plugs, bulbs, and robot vacuums, etc. Test device connectivity with cloud platforms and mobile apps. Assist in log collection and analysis for debugging purposes. Participate in or assist with Local Test & Beta Test, collect user feedback, and follow up on reproducing issues. Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues. Document test cases, results, and bug reports. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in software or consumer electronics testing. Basic knowledge of networking protocol (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi,  Bluetooth, etc.) Basic knowledge of networking issue debug methods. Familiarity with test case design and execution. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of smart home ecosystems (Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit). Familiarity with test automation tools and continuous integration technologies Deep understanding of user experience, attention to detail, and ability to think and analyze problems from a user perspective. The Quality Assurance person works on projects of high complexity within one or more development environments and on multiple programs/systems as API test engineer. • This person should have the ability to track multiple test efforts simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results in fast paced environment. • This person should be Proficient in using MF ALM/Octane Test Suite or other Test Management Tools. • Knowledge on Telecom mobile domain and Amdocs billing is preferred

Our projects mainly involve high-end commercial venues, including restaurants, lounges, nightclubs, country clubs, and retail spaces. Key Responsibilities: Low voltage pre-wiring for audio, video, and data networks in both pre-construction and post-construction settings. Terminate Cat 6 cables and punch down blocks. Install equipment such as speakers, TVs, amplifiers, projectors, network access points, and security cameras. Assemble A/V and data equipment racks. Test and verify the functionality of installed systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical service issues. Qualifications: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Team player who collaborates well with others. Professional demeanor and appearance in line with company standards. Proficient with hand and power tools. A/V certifications are a plus but not required! Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and industry best practices. Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst, with a focus on software testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools. Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and scripting languages. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
