Hey everyone we need a new roommate fast since a tenant dropped out last minute. we have a bedroom open in our Williamsburg apt with a one year lease starting Oct 1. so looking for someone who can sign soon the spot is in a prime area just 5 min from Bedford Ave and the L train on a quiet safe street. The room is big enough for a full bed dresser and desk it has a built in closet plus your own private balcony that fits a couple chairs rent is 900 and utils run about 100 a month. You’ll be living with four girls in their 20s including me we keep the place clean and pretty chill about me I’m 22 a senior at NYU and used to living with roommates I’m out a lot during the day and spend free time reading writing or exploring the city if you’re interested hit me up for details or to check the place out.
