Qualifications / Requirements: • Experience in Flux Core or MIG welding. • Ability to train in all aspects of welding and heavy structural steel fabrication, primarily using Flux Core processes in welding operations. • GMC provides extensive employee training, so enthusiasm, energy, and the desire to build a career are most important and result in opportunities and advancement. • 10-hour shifts (Monday-Friday) with some 8-hour Saturday shifts are common, and a shift incentive is paid to selected employees working GMC's 2nd shift.
