Responsibilities: • Leasing: Assists with marketing and showings, reviewing applications, screening prospective residents and preparing relevant paperwork. • Organize all applications and provide application updates when requested. • Meet daily with Property Manager, Leasing Manager and Maintenance Manager to update vacancy log. • Prepare Move in Files. • Ensure there are always Welcome Packages available and up to date. – Follow up with Office Assistant. • Request Key sets to be ready for move ins. – Follow up with Maintenance. • Change resident’s status in computer system when 30-day notice is provided, always keep copy of written. notice in tenant file and update vacancy log. • Send lease Renewals for market and subsidized units 60 days prior to renewal date. • Ensure all Lease charges for Self-Renewing Leases are updated. • Add work orders to system through Maintenance App when visiting the properties for showings. • Draft notices to residents. • Provide complete leasing information to prospective residents.
