Utilizes precision measuring instruments, calipers, mics, and pin-gauges to check the accuracy and quality of machined parts. Candidates should own their measurement tools, with the company providing any specialized tools required. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Typically requires 5 to 8+ years of related experience.
