International Buyer/Expeditor Postition Duties include: Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services Obtaining quotes from different suppliers. Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes. Research, select and purchase quality products and materials. Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing. Customer contact required on specific projects Work with QA to resolve any product issues with incoming product Collaborate with supplier to meet deadlines for custom production orders Generating and processing purchase orders and follow up ensuring timely delivery Coordinating with logistics providers, customs brokers and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely delivery Work with marketing team to upload new products online New product development requires direct customer interaction Travel requirements: less than 25% of the year All additional duties as required This position will report directly to the the Director of Materials Manager Required Skills/Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Able to efficiently work with suppliers to meet aggressive ship/delivery dates. Superior interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Google Suite or related software. Education and Experience: College degree required. At least one year of experience in production or knowledge of the scheduling process required.
