Large Metro Washington area masonry contractor hiring bricklayers and laborers for large project at Dahlgren Naval Facility Dahlgren Va. Laborer experience of at least 2 years in the masonry trade preferred. Bricklayer experience of at least five years preferred. Citizenship not required but legal residency is, with proof of legality at time of hire. Qualifications -7+ years of residential construction project management experience (high-end preferred), with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. -Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, codes, sequencing, and Bay Area Building practices. -Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex scopes of work. -Skilled in reading and executing complex architectural plans. -Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend or similar). -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -OSHA certification preferred. -Must currently reside in Bay Area.
